SAUVIGNON GRAF SELECTION VINTAGE: 2022 CONTENTS: 0.75 l WINE: 100% Sauvignon VINEYARD: Marlengo, Cermes, Lagundo, Tyrol   450 – 550 m SOILS: Light, permeable soil of morainic origin, sandy, clayey soil, enriched with humus AGE OF THE VINES: 10 – 20 years AGING: 5 years + ANALYSIS ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5% TOTAL ACIDITY: 6.1 g/l RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2.5 g/l WINE MAKING Cold maceration for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel wine tanks. Maturation on the yeasts follows for approximately 5 months. In stainless steel wine tanks and large wooden barrels.
