Sibona Grappa Riserva Rum Barrels (0.5L, 44% Vol.)
This special Grappa Riserva already aged for a long period in oak wood was then put to rest for several months in barrels already used previously, to age the "Rum" b> of some of the most prestigious distilleries. The particular period in Rum barrels was tested by us in an innovative way on Grappa and with exceptional results from a qualitative point of view. The rich, elaborate aroma, with spicy notes and the elegant, distinct flavour, with notes of coffee and vanilla and a persistent finish, are very reminiscent of that of the Rum already contained in these barrels.
