Raw material: Barbera pomace, from grapes harvested fresh during the harvest and selected Sibona

Distillation: Totally in-house, in copper stills, thanks to the wise experience of our oenologists-master distillers.

Refinement: for a long period in stainless steel tanks

Aging: Very long, in oak barrels first of medium and then of small capacity.

Alcohol content : 44% vol.

Bottle: Special and prestigious Decanter bottle, with Sibona logo embossed on the glass.
