With wooden case and cork stopper plus additional top blown sound glass stopper.

Since production is limited to very few pieces, all bottles are numbered.

Denomination: “Piedmontese Grappa”

Raw material: Pomace from grapes suitable for producing Barolo wine, harvested fresh during the harvest and selected Sibona.

Distillation: Totally in-house, in copper stills, thanks to the wise experience of our oenologists-master distillers.

Aging: for a long period in stainless steel tanks

Aging: Very long, in oak barrels first of medium and then of small capacity. Alcohol content: 44% vol.

Bottle: Special and prestigious Decanter bottle, with Sibona logo embossed on the glass. Case: Elegant and refined wooden box. The bottles are numbered and the year of bottling is indicated (information present on elegant parchment placed inside the box). Capacity: 70 cl.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Color: Intense amber.

Perfume: Intense, full, broad, with great personality. Vanilla, berries and toasted oak stand out.

Taste: Ripe, with an elaborate structure, deep and velvety. Great balance with harmonious woody notes. Long and persistent aftertaste with vanilla and tobacco.

Pairings: Dried fruit, nuts, almonds, sweets and chocolate (especially dark with a high percentage of cocoa). Also delicious with mature cheeses.

Tasting Tips: taste at a temperature of approximately 18°C, in a classic tulip glass or balloon glass with or without stem (cognac type). Exceptional meditation grappa to be enjoyed slowly sip after sip, feeling the warm and unique sensations it can transmit.
