Araprì Pas Dosé sparkling wine

Pas Dosé Araprì sparkling wine Pas Dosé is the driest product in the range of commercialized sparkling wines. It does not see the addition of the liquer d'expedition, so the base wine expresses itself in all its personality. Pas Dosé is aimed at people who use sparkling wine throughout the meal and for fans of classic sparkling wine. Grapes: Bombino Bianco and Pinot Noir. Production area: San Severo. Vineyard: Contrada San Biase, Contrada Cotinone and Contrada San Matteo – 1 hectares /2 + 2+ 12Soil type: clayey-limestone, slightly sloping. Exposure and altitude: South South-West, 80-100 m. above sea level. Training system and planting density: Espalier – 3500 plants per hectare, Apulian pergola – 2000 plants per hectare. Yield per hectare: 100-120 quintals per hectare, approximately 3-4 kg per vine. Harvest period: late August Pinot Noir and second ten days of September Bombino Bianco, with manual harvesting and selection of the grapes. Aging and permanence on the yeasts: each bottle rests for a minimum of 30 months protected from light, air currents and impacts, at a temperature of 13° C, in the basement of our ancient cellar. Disgorgement: manually a la glace, without adding the dosage syrup, about two months before marketing. Colour: deep straw yellow with golden reflections and beautiful finesse perlage. Fragrance: elegant, rich with toasted notes of bread and hints of pastry. Taste: dry, harmonious with a very elegant, fresh mouthfeel and voluminous and subtle creaminess.
