COLOR: At sight it appears deep yellow with faint golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
NOSE: Fruity, rich, with complex aromas and a broad structure. The processing in large Austrian oak barrels gives it its originality.
PALATE: In the mouth it is harmonious, intriguing, striking for the perfect balance of fruity sensations and toasted yeast and small pastries. The persistence is long and the aftertaste is clean.
Ideal as an aperitif and with starters in general, it pairs perfectly with first courses and fish and shellfish dishes.
Straordinario rapporto qualità/prezzo per un vino fresco, fermo con profumi prevalentemente fruttati. Al palato risulta morbido, fresco abbastanza armonico. Consigliato per accompagnare nelle calde serate estive, piatti a base di verdure di stagione e piatti di pesce. Può anche essere utilizzato come aperitivo servito molto freddo.
