TASTING NOTES

COLOR: It appears clear to the eye, with a characteristic color

coppery.

NOSE: Peach prevails on the nose, to which are added

sensations of exotic fruit such as pineapple, with light hints

floral pattern of sweet white flowers.

PALATE: In the mouth it is elegant, velvety,

full-bodied, structured and balanced. Endowed with a beautiful freshness, it is long and persistent in the finish.

It pairs perfectly with light and vegetable-based appetizers; perfect with fish.
