Tenuta Iuzzolini Fermentino Bianco
Fermentino Bianco by Tenuta Iuzzolini is a natural sparkling white wine, obtained from white grapes grown in the Cirò area. Already in great demand, it pairs well with meals and aperitifs.

Training system: espalier with a density of 5600 plants per hectare.

Yield per hectare of grapes: 80 – 90 quintals.
Vinification: crushing and soft pressing with fermentation of the musts at a controlled temperature.
Second fermentation: long Charmat for 50 days.
Tasting:
Color – greenish yellow.
Perlage with fine, numerous and persistent bubbles.
Fresh taste with citrus sensations and light notes of bread crust.
Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.
Food pairing: excellent aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, first courses, raw seafood and fish-based dishes.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
