Volcán De Mi Tierra's Tequila Blanco is the result of the assembly of two different varieties of agave, that of Valles and that of Altos. The former is cooked in the oven, ground and fermented in wood, while the Altos agave is cooked in an autoclave, ground and fermented in stainless steel tanks; their union gives life to a truly peculiar Tequila, perfect smooth but also suitable for the preparation of cocktails.

Crystal clear. On the nose it is pleasantly decisive; the herbaceous notes, citrus scents and floral tones stand out. On the palate it is persuasive, captivating, inviting.
