Winemaking

Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Destemming of the grapes and subsequent slow fermentation at a controlled temperature, and delicate movement of the must in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 7-10 months in large wooden barrels. Blending six months before bottling.

Description of the wine

Color: intense garnet red with ruby reflections

Perfume: When tasting, the aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry typical of Merlot are perceived, combined with the noble spicy scent characteristic of Cabernet, bringing out a note of black pepper and vanilla pod.

Taste: This blend captivates the palate with a captivating symbiosis between the fruity flavour, the spicy and tannic taste of Cabernet, the fullness and complexity of Merlot.
