It's the second batch of dark rum from an undisclosed Jamaican distillery, and this time it's a 6-year-old expression full of toffee fruit and cooking spice notes. A fantastic product. Batch 2 is an edition of 1,821 bottles.

Nose: machine oil and metallic notes, freshly cut grass with nuances of blackstrap molasses, banana and ginger spice. Palate: Richly sweet with brown sugar, molasses, toffee and other metallic and mineral notes. Finish: Sweet finish of raisins, sultanas and other tropical dried fruit that lingers along with fruity esters.
