That Boutique-y Whiskey Company Distillery 291 - Bourbon (50CL, 49.9% Vol.)

Thebatch #1 of Bourbon produced atColorado's Distillery 291 enjoys the unique recipe

known as theEl Paso County Process, which is the addition of an IPA beer to

fermented. The label is much more classic, with references to the 1920s: the design

depicts Alfred Stieglitz, Man Ray and... Micheal Myers, from the movie Halloween! Aged

11 months, bottled at 49.9% alcohol content, not cold filtered and without

artificial coloring, it is a limited edition of 467 pieces.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Sandalwood, buttered corn and mineral vanilla. Then burnt sugar, apples

cooked and salted caramel. Cola sweets, honeycomb and wood

dusty

Palate: Spices, with spicy wood and nutmeg. Butterscotch and vanilla, then

notes of bitter lemon

Finish : Salted peanuts and raisin bread.
