Bottled by North Star, this single malt was distilled at Tobermory on the Isle of Mull in 1995. After sitting in a refill cask for some time – 26 years to be precise, the cask was opened in July 2021 , releasing a 238 bottles.

Nose: coastal breeze, juicy barley and crunchy green apple, with a touch of pebbly minerality.

Palate: Ripe pear, custards, garden mint, herbal tea.

Finish: caramel, salted almonds, spicy menthol and rich oak.
