Vermouth Cocchi (75CL, 16.0% Vol.)The vermouth of Turin is a collective heritage of the Piedmontese, whose first great promoter was the royal court of the Savoy, starting from the end of the 18th century it developed a flourishing industry that made Piedmont the kingdom of Vermouth. The Storico Vermouth di Torino is produced according to Giulio Cocchi's original recipe. This vermouth falls into the category of sweet vermouth, or Italian vermouth, sweet and amber in colour, present in manuals of the late nineteenth century. Cocchi's Storico Vermouth di Torino was the protagonist of the international rebirth of high-end vermouths and of the renewed interest of great barmen for the denomination Vermouth di Torino to the point that in the United States it is familiarly called "Cocchi Torino". It quickly became one of the high-end Vermouths most chosen by the best bars in the world.
