Color : Full gold.
Body: Soft to medium body with a pleasant mouthfeel.
Nose: Sweet. Almonds or marzipan? A little orange soda. Perhaps a trace of sawn wood. With water, Speyside esters, walnut oil and butterfat, prawn crackers, traces of fresh pears; a puff of smoke or steam; dense.
Palate: Sweet, then dry, with some acidity in the middle; everything well balanced.
Finish : dry and balanced.
