Michel Couvreur's Pale Single-Single is a single malt whiskey - obtained from malted barley - and a single cask whisky, that is, bottling by taking the contents from a single barrel.
Production The refinement lasts for more than 12 years in oak which previously contained Sherry, little impregnated with wine, little tannic and relatively dense, so as to preserve the floral freshness of this distillate, giving it, at the same time, elegance, complexity and roundness . The alcohol content is then reduced by adding Scottish water until it reaches 45% vol.
Characteristics From the pale opalescent color, intense, fruity and almost iodine aromas emerge on the nose. On the palate it reveals a distillate of tension, powerful and, at the same time, elegant, in which the typical freshness of young single malt whiskeys stands out. Boxed, 700 ml.
