Windspiel Dry Gin, one of a kind, whose raw material, the "Volcanic Potatoes", reach the right maturity in the middle of autumn, to then be worked by man under the guidance of the master distiller Holger Borchers, to transform this wonderful material into a unique gin.

Created from a potato alcohol to which juniper, coriander, spices such as cinnamon, peels, such as lemon peels, roots, including ginger, and flowers, such as lavender, are added, all individually immersed in alcohol and distilled separately.
