Scotland is famous for being a country of Master Distillers, but it is not known for the sun and for this reason the molasses to create Cut Rum is produced in the Caribbean and then shipped to Scottish soil. Each batch is distilled in a double copper still giving a spicy and soft aftertaste. Spiced Rum is an excellent mixing rum with notes of tropical pineapple, chocolate, mango and a hint of lime.
