BLACKWOOD'S VINTAGE DRY GIN (70CL, 60% Vol.)

The characteristics that make this product special are the use of botanical herbs grown and harvested by hand during the same year, which are then subsequently selected taking into account the season and climate of the harvest. Every summer we therefore decide which herbs to collect to obtain an increasingly refined product. Among the herbs grown and used we find maritime armeria, aquatic mint, filipendula ulmaria, angelica and coriander. Blackwood's Dry Gin 60% has a fresh, citrusy, delicately flowery nose. The floral notes on the palate are very strong, with a soft finish.
