You may have heard the term 'angel's share' in reference to that portion of a volume of distilled spirit that is lost to evaporation during the aging process.
Perhaps you have been told that the Angels reserve this "share" for themselves, taking it before the barrel is even opened, leaving the rest to us poor Demons.
But angels are not notoriously heavy drinkers, except perhaps for the occasional wine and ambrosia, while, in this regard at least, Demons certainly know their stuff.

The Demon's Share, continuously distilled and then aged for a minimum of 6 years in charred American oak barrels.
