Champagne Grand Cru J.M. Labruyere Rosè Anthologie
The Champagne Rosé Anthologie comes from the blend of 70% Pinot Noir grapes, 30% Chardonnay, integrated with 10% Bouzy red wine. The carefully hand-made harvest took place in 2014, the tirage in 2015 and the maturation on the lees lasts for another 3 years with subsequent disgorgement or disgorgement in 2018/2019 as promptly reported on the label. It is a great Champagne that goes well with fatty fish such as tuna and salmon, as well as seafood and fresh cheeses.
