Fresh and refined, it is produced with Chardonnay grapes (35/40%) which instills freshness, Pinot Noir (30/35%) for the structure and Pinot Meunier (25/35%) which makes it fruity. During vinification, reserve wines from previous years are added at a rate of 20%. Aged for at least 3 years on the yeasts before degourgement.

Characteristics

It has a golden yellow color with amber reflections. Very fine and persistent perlage. The scent is variegated with fresh fruit, orange blossom; with aeration, notes of ripe fruit, fresh bread and honey emerge. On the palate it presents a very fresh and soft attack. Producer

It is a union of small winemakers who at the beginning of the 1960s decided to revive the Jacquart brand, already famous at the end of the 19th century, giving the grapes to the cooperative and no longer to other winemakers. The headquarters are in Reims in the historic Palazzo Brimont. Thanks to the number of consortium members, the Maison boasts one of the largest grape supply areas.
