Da Hong Pao Tea Gin is a gin produced in London's Bimber Distillery.

Dried leaves of Da Hong Pao tea, one of the most varieties, are infused

prized oolong tea, which grows in the Wuyi mountains in southern China,

and is characterized by floral, sweet and mineral notes. These notes yes

found in a gin bottled at 51.2% alcohol content, to maintain

the full intensity of flavors.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Earthy notes, dried flowers, roasted tea and juniper notes.

Palate: Sweet and warm, a mineral hint, charcoal, then gentle notes

of flowers.

Finish: Rich and warm, with woody notes.
