Doyard-Mahé Brut Blanc de Blancs Empreinte
TASTING NOTES:
View: Bright straw yellow color.
Nose: The nose is dominated by notes of pear, lemon, lime, fresh almond and fern.
Mouth: The palate is fresh and light, with small, lively bubbles and flavors of pear, apple, citrus and a nice mineral finish.
NAME: France.
CELLAR: Champagne Doyard-Mahé.
GRAPE VARIETY: Chardonnay.
AGING: The second refermentation takes place in the bottle, where the Champagne remains to refine on the yeasts for at least 15 months, at the end of which the disgorgement and bottling operations are carried out.
VINIFICATION: After the harvest, the grapes are fermented alcoholicly, also carrying out malolactic fermentation, in thermoregulated vats.
PAIRING: Excellent at aperitif time, it also pairs well with grilled fish main courses. Amazing with a nice mix of Japanese rolls.
