A hint of gold distinguishes this barrel-aged gin. A marriage between our London Dry gin and Limousin Oak Cognac casks. In this very special gin, a result of the gin bringing out notes of caramel and vanilla from the wood grain over a period of 3 to 4 months. The result, a rich, elegant nose, and a warm, expanding trail on the palate, with just a hint of smooth sweetness to finish.
Ideal on its own with a little ice but works well with ginger ale
