Malfy Gin Rosa is born from a careful selection of botanicals and manages to blend the great tradition of Gins with a typically international taste with the typical aromas of Mediterranean countries. It is made using a number of botanicals, including Sicilian pink grapefruit, Italian juniper and rhubarb, lemon and coriander. The infusion takes place in alcohol and the distillation takes place under vacuum using stainless steel stills. In the glass it has a pale pink color with brilliant reflections. On the nose it expresses a delicate aroma of pink grapefruit and citrus fruits, notes of medicinal herbs, delicate spices and hints of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and fragrant which harmoniously combines the aromas of juniper, the citrus notes and the bitter nuances of rhubarb.
