Gin Mare Capri (1L, 42.7% Vol.)

from the famous Blue Caves of Capri and the feeling of quality continues with a label printed on canvas. A label on the collar, in the shape of an island, completes this hanging delicately from the neck of the bottle. Two new ingredients make themselves known in this edition; In line with the other botanicals (all from the Mediterranean region) these are Capri lemons and bergamot. These add to the Mediterranean botanical characteristics found in Gin Mare, being Arbequina Olive from Spain, Basil from Italy, Rosemary from Greece and Thyme from Turkey. They maintain the same artisanal approach in the production of this gin as in the original Gin Mare. The citrus fruits are all peeled by hand, before being macerated for 12 months in small containers.

TASTING NOTES:

Color: Transparent, bright crystalline.

Smell: The citrus aromas of bergamot stand out together with subtle notes of rosemary.

Taste: Opened with tonic, citrus and cardamom take center stage over the rest of the botanicals.
