Production method

It is obtained by steam distillation, with the classic system of double distillation of the fragrant pomace of Brunello di Montalcino. These pomace maintain all the characteristics of the wine from which they come, and having been subjected to long maceration they are rich in alcohol and perfumes. The quality of the raw material, combined with the extremely accurate traditional processing method, give the product unique characteristics.
