Fragrant and herbaceous gin, with a touch of sweetness typical of Old Tom gins and a floral and citrus hint. The notes of juniper and bergamot prevail on the nose, while the herbaceous hints of sage, mint and lavender emerge on the palate, giving a perfectly balanced fresh and balsamic finish. The light addition of sugar brings a roundness to the sip which gives harmony between all the flavors and complexity at the same time. Interesting when mixed and also pleasant when drunk straight.
