Killowen Distillery wanted to celebrate its surroundings through this Native Irish Botanical Gin! The seasonal and all strictly local botanicals are harvested by hand and then preserved throughout the year, including wild angelica root, mint, meadowsweet, fuchsia, elderberry flowers and berries. A wonderful mix of maritime and herbaceous botanicals, makes this excellent Irish Craft Gin perfect to enjoy in a G&T with a small sprig of mint.

Aroma: A subtle maritime influence is accompanied by fragrant elderflower and meadow floral notes, with a beautiful balsamic freshness. Palate: Full-bodied, with refreshing mint, berry sweetness and pungent juniper. Still a slight saltiness. Finish: long and fresh.
