The name no. 3 refers to his address on St James's Street in London. The gin is made from three fruits and three spices distilled in a traditional copper pot: Italian juniper, Spanish sweet orange peel, grapefruit peel, angelica root, Moroccan coriander seeds and cardamom pods.
