Gin Major, the use of Alpine juniper and Piedmontese cherries give an unusual, refined, typically Italian touch. On the nose it brings fresh aromatic notes, in the mouth it is intense and very pleasantly balanced thanks to a perfect balance between the aromatic and alcoholic component. A gin which, in addition to cocktails, can be used at the table in combination with white meats.
Tasting notes
Crystal clear to the eye, the olfactory profile is marked by the typical notes of juniper combined with the unusual aromas of cherry. Warm and enveloping when tasted, where it becomes balsamic on the finish.
