The botanicals are placed directly in the still and distilled with neutral grain alcohol distilled three times and water. The gin comes out at an alcohol content of 73.5% vol. and is brought to 45.8% vol. with the addition of distilled water. This is followed by quality control, filtration and finally bottling.
