It is the only Gin in the world to be able to boast the Protected Geographical Indication, produced solely in the heart of England. Soft and full-bodied, brilliant and enveloping, this Gin is the result of a secret recipe which involves the use of 7 different herbs, still following the original directives of the first distillation, which took place way back in 1793. Thanks to its characteristic aroma, Plymouth is managed to conquer a place of honor in the universe of cocktails as already in 1896 it was used for the preparation of the original Dry Martini, as well as cited in numerous recipes of the time; even today it is indispensable behind the counter of any self-respecting cocktail bar.

Crystalline and with very slight aquamarine reflections, it presents intense aromas of lime and lemon, typical hints of roots and cut grass, musk and sweet spices, such as vanilla and star anise. The tasting reveals a fresh and delicate body, important in the references of juniper and cardamom, towards a very long, clean and persistent citrus finish of candied cedar.
