A refined gin inspired by the great wines of France. In particular to the most iconic of sparkling wines, Champagne. Porter's Gin Orchard is born from a refined and high quality recipe which involves the use of cold distilled botanicals. Thus is born a distillate of rare finesse which recalls the elegant notes of Chardonnay, thanks to the addition of green apples and pears which are distilled with the classic juniper base. This technique allows you to capture the most delicate flavors of the botanicals, preserving their character. Another peculiarity is that of adding, before the end of processing, a soy distillate which gives the finished Gin sophisticated aromatic notes of butter and biscuits. Porter's Gin Orchard is the basis for fantastic Gin Tonics.
