Brut RosèRosé wine is a typical product of southern Italy, and with this in mind the Araprì company wanted to prepare its light pink Brut Rosè with reflections of onion skin which releases the sun it is kissed with their own land. Savory and long-lasting. Grape varieties: Montepulciano and Pinot Noir. Production area: San Severo. Vineyard: Contrada Cotinone and Contrada San Matteo – 2+ 12 hectares. Soil type: clayey-limestone, on a slight slope. Exposure and altitude: South South -West, 80-100 m. above sea level. Training system and planting density: Espalier – 3500 plants per hectare, Apulian pergola – 2000 plants per hectare. Yield per hectare: 100-120 quintals per hectare, approximately 3-4 kg per vine. Harvest period: late August Pinot Noir and late September Montepulciano, with manual harvesting and selection of the grapes. Aging and permanence on the yeasts: each bottle rests for a minimum of 24 months protected from light, air currents and shocks, at a temperature of 13° C, in cellars of our ancient cellar. Disgorgement: a la glace manually, with the addition of the dosage syrup, approximately two months before marketing. Colour: pink salmon with discreet shades of purple and gold, with soft and abundant and fine foam persistent perlage.Aroma: intense, fresh, sweet and broad nose with the fragrance of flowers and a delicate fusion of bread, toasting and ripe fruit.Taste: dry yet rounded, savory, long-lasting, with a balanced flavor texture and a pleasant drink
