TENJAKU - Japanese Botanical Gin (70CL, 37.5% Vol.)

The botanicals used come partly from Western tradition such as juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark, licorice, orris root, nutmeg and cinnamon. However, traditional Japanese botanicals are added to these which make this gin very interesting: yuzu, sansho, green tea and peach extract.

It has a crystalline and transparent color and expresses delicate aromas of juniper accompanied by floral and citrus fruit notes. On the palate it is elegant and delicate with an excellent balance between the fresh and refreshing notes and the warm notes of alcohol.

The place of production is the town of Fuefuki, an area rich in nature and raw materials surrounded by mountains: two national parks to the north and west, and the majestic Mount Fuji to the south. The spring waters that emerge through the subsoil with its porous lava stones are concentrated in this valley.

A gin capable of transmitting the Japanese Zen spirit, bringing the human being into peace and harmony with the elements.
