The Lakes Gin is a classic English school gin. The botanicals are infused in a grain distillate produced in pot still by Lakes; the slow infusion, combined with an equally delicate distillation, allows the maximum degree of flavor to be extracted from the botanicals. Gold medal at the 2019 World Gin Awards.

TASTING NOTES
Aroma: Herbaceous, citrus, notes of coriander, juniper and citrus peel. Palate: Fresh, with juniper, black pepper, pine needles. Finish: Fresh and aromatic, juniper, ginger, citrus peel.
