  Winemaking
The Moscato Reale di Trani grapes are left to dry for about a month on the vine until mid-October, before being harvested and proceeding with vinification. The grapes are destemmed and after 24 hours of cold maceration, the fermentation of the pure must begins with a controlled temperature of around 16° C. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is filtered and stored in the company's cellars awaiting bottling, carried out no earlier than March 1st following the harvest, as required by the PDO specifications of Moscato di Trani.

In stainless steel. Subsequent refinement in bottle for a period of 1-2 months.
