È un vino secco, al naso è discreto ed elegante, si esprime aromi complessi e sottili, una miscela di fiori di pera di pesche bianche, albicocche e noce moscata.
Al palato è ricco, untuoso teso, esprimendo a
mineralità molto bella, molto lunga e ariosa alla fine del bloccato. Da consumarsi come aperitivo, con carni bianco, su pesce o crostacei.
