Purtroppo il panettone era stato aperto, l’etichetta non era integra. Non ho potuto regalarlo e, sinceramente, non sono riuscita nemmeno a mangiarlo non essendo sicura circa l’eventualità di una manomissione e/o contaminazione.L’altro panettone che ho acquistato, a onor del vero, risultava integro.
Quanto da lei sostenuto è assolutamente falso, oltre che molto grave. Provvederemo pertanto a segnalare il suo comportamento scorretto e lesivo nei confronti della nostra attività.
Non tolleriamo alcuna forma di utilizzo speculativo delle recensioni.
Durante le festività ci ha inoltrato una foto in cui mostrava una scatola Marigliano con l’etichetta leggermente strappata, probabilmente a causa del trasporto o, in alternativa, danneggiata da lei stessa con la speranza di ottenere un secondo panettone.
Precisiamo che non manomettiamo in alcun modo i prodotti e che quelli dei fratelli Marigliano sono di assoluta qualità.
La invitiamo pertanto a rivolgersi a un altro store per i suoi prossimi acquisti.
Ho acquistato questo panettone sulla fiducia e ho fatto bene. È piaciuto a tutti, soffice e non dolciastro.
